Festivals and Group Events

I love supporting groups of people into a deeper connection with their inner world. In this shared space, I hold the group, and in turn the group holds the collective field — it is a true co-creation.

You can find me offering free group sessions at the Healing Fields at Glastonbury Festival, Ancient Future at Boomtown, and Breath: Breath a Festival of Life , as well as other conscious and wellbeing events throughout the year.

The Healing Breath Journey

The Healing Breath Journey is a gentle, guided breathwork experience designed to reduce stress and support emotional healing — offered in groups or one-to-one sessions.

Through soft, conscious diaphragmatic breathing, we help regulate the nervous system and restore internal balance. As the diaphragm relaxes and begins to move more freely, the body shifts from stress response toward safety, repair, and resilience.

In this space, you will learn how to meet emotional pain with steadiness rather than overwhelm. Breath becomes an anchor. Awareness becomes supportive rather than critical.

Over time, loving awareness becomes the foundation that holds you — allowing healing to unfold naturally, safely, and at your own pace.

Cold Water Breathwork (Group Experience)

Cold Water Breathwork is a guided group ceremony that brings you into conscious relationship with natural cold water through breath, presence, and reverence for the body.

Working slowly and intentionally, we approach the water as a living force. We pause, listen, and wait for the invitation to enter. Using gentle, conscious breathing, participants are supported to meet sensation with awareness rather than force, allowing the experience to unfold safely and organically.

This practice is deeply grounding and awakening. Cold water activates the nervous system and can bring buried emotions, fear, or early life imprints to the surface. Through breath, stillness, and group support, these sensations are met with compassion, helping the body integrate and release what is ready to move.

Cold Water Breathwork carries Yang energy—clarity, direction, aliveness, and presence. It balances softer, Yin practices such as Warm Water Rebirthing and supports a deeper connection to instinct, vitality, and embodied truth.

This is an advanced yet gentle practice, guided with care and respect for individual limits. There is no competition or endurance element—each participant enters only as deeply and for as long as feels right for them.

Group sessions include careful preparation, clear guidance, and warm integration afterwards, allowing the nervous system to settle and the experience to complete safely.

BREATHING INTO YOUR EMBODIED PARTS

This workshop invites you into a gentle, guided exploration of the body through conscious breath. Breathing Into Your Embodied Parts is a somatic experience designed to help you reconnect with the places within you that hold sensation, memory, and meaning.

Through intentional breathing, guided awareness, we will bring presence to different embodied parts—listening to what they carry and allowing space for integration and release. This workshop supports greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a deeper sense of wholeness.

No prior experience is needed. Come with curiosity and an open breath, and leave feeling more grounded, connected, and at home in your body.
