Once you have built an awareness and knowledge of your breath as a healing tool for ailments such as tension, depression, pain or being “Burnt out” and disconnected, it is freely available for you to use at any time. Conscious breathing is natural, connected breathing. Not only reconnecting you with yourself, but also with nature’s elements.

Breath work can be used in many ways to improve both your mental and physical well-being. Breath therapy can be done individually or in groups. It can be done in many different environments but you will find that a trained facilitator will provide a safe and nurturing environment.

Breathwork is easy and for anyone who has reached a point where they need simple and effective change.
