Conscious breathing is natural, connected breathing, not only reconnecting you with yourself, but also with nature’s elements.
Breath work can be used in many ways to improve both your mental and physical well-being, Breath therapy can be done individually or in groups. It can be done in many different environments but you will find that a trained facilitator will provide a safe and nurturing environment.
